Crockpot Creamy Taco Chicken

One Word... Delicious! This recipe can be served as chicken tacos, or over chips!

Ingredients:
Frozen Chicken Breasts (I had fillets so I used 6 them, regular breast use probably 3)
Can of Rotel
Can of Black Beans (drain and rinse them!!!!)
Can of Corn
Taco Seasoning
Cream Cheese
Chili Powder
Cumin
Salt & Pepper

DONT FORGET to drain and rinse beans.
Add all ingredients and Stir!
Keep on High 6-8 Hours.
Shred the Chicken
And Enjoy!!

Hubby Turns 22!

This past weekend was my husbands birthday, so we celebrated at one of our local favorties!

Fudruckers! It will definitely be missed when we go to our next duty station! You can bet on it that this will be all we eat our last few months!! You can not get a better burger in such a fun and casual atmosphere!!

We celebrated with a bunch of our friends with burgers and drinks! But we started our day off with a movie; my family even from hundreds of miles away got us movie tickets to celebrate for the Birthday Boy! Of course, my big kid of a husband wanted to watch an animated film, Monsters University; which was A-Okay with Reisse and I! Reisse had been to a movie when he was about four weeks, but at that age he slept through the entire thing, while I admired Robert Pattinson :) However for this movie he started out WIDE awake and letting everyone in the theater know he was there! After the lights dimmed and the movie started Reisse actually started watching the movie, about halfway through he fell asleep! Monsters University is such a cute movie, we will definitely be buying it when it comes out!
He had an awesome 22nd Birthday!

Joys of Military Life

Chris came home today with news that we will be moving soon and that we need to sit down and decide on some posts that we like due to the fact that his company is closing here in Fort Benning. Feeling not to excited about it, I decided to look up some different locations to check out there housing and weather. It of course made me so sad; I love Fort Benning. The weather, the post, the friends, and not to mention the amazing shopping. It is going to be a very sad goodbye and I hope that wherever we move that I love it just as much as I did this first station. Most of our options are on the Western part of the country, it makes me think one word..."cold". I would love to be somewhere near my family, and there is a post about 4 hours from my parents house and we are crossing our fingers for that station!

July 1st

 

What a day! Literally played with Reisse and watched One Tree Hill all day! Thank goodness my brother and sister are here to hang out with and share in my laziness! But aside from us doing absolutely nothing, at least we got to be entertained by Mr. Personality all day! I love this little booger so much, and I love that he is NEVER still/quiet!
